Ideal if you want to feel stronger, move better, and build a solid foundation at your own pace, with guidance and encouragement.​

​Exercises can be adapted for all abilities and are designed to improve joint health, build confidence, and support long-term physical strength.​

Legs, Bums & Tums
Strengthen your lower body and core in a supportive, accessible way.

These classes target legs, glutes, and core using controlled, effective exercises that can be adapted for knee or back limitations. Expect a steady burn, improved muscle tone, and better support for everyday movement.

Great for improving strength, posture, and confidence without high-impact or complex movements.
