Hybrid coaching combines 1-2 In-Person sessions at Everyone Active Southam with full online training and nutritional programming and accountability, helping you with the full picture of health and wellbeing.

My hybrid training approach isnt about compromise, its about being smarter with your health and wellbeing as we work around your whole life. I guide you through managing your training, nutrition, accountability and fitness wellbeing around lifes ups and downs.

Pricing

£180 / month

1 In-Person Session per Week

Together we complete one of the sessions, with your other sessions programmed. This maintains accoutnability in training but is suitable if you are more confident in form and discipline.

£280 / month

2 In-Person Sessions per Week

Depending on your goals, this will either cover all of your training or ensures that the majority is coach led. This is ideal if you are familiar with the gym but still want that in-person coach support.

£380 / month

3 In-Person Sessions per Week

Designed around optimising your training to ensure that you are held accountable for the majority of your training. It is heavily coach led, with my goal to empower you to reduce the number of sessions we do together so you can go out and achieve your goals more independantly.
