This built on lived experiences. Knowledge does not always correlate and sometimes thats the limiting factor to your goals. The online accountability partner is built to bridge that gap.

I'll check in with you multiple times a week, not automated messages, not a generic "how are you doing?" but specific, informed check-ins based on what you logged. If you go quiet, I'll notice. If you're struggling, I'll help you get back on track. That's the job.
