Do you need to be a member of Everyone Active?
You do not need to be a member of EA, but I prefer to work with clients over longer term, to support healthy routine, progressive strength building and supporting not just the training but you as a whole person. This doesn't happen over 1 session so the most cost effective way is to have a membership. If you aren't a member, I will cover half the cost, but I will point you towards my colleagues within the membership team.
Do you only PT at Everyone Active Southam?
Sometimes I am able to do Ad hoc sessions at other gyms but my primary base is Everyone Active Southam. I am available to train clients at their own home gyms or support remote Personal Training for additional costs.
I am nervous to come into the gym
This is something I completely understand. The gym can feel so overwhelming with the noises and lights. As your trainer, my job is to help you feel safe in the environment and support you in understanding what we are doing and why are doing it. This is a team effort, consistantly collaborating and build our relationship, but with each step you make, Ill be there to support.
Some of your movements seem so complicated, I am overwhelmed by that.
I get that completely. The way I train is not about me or what I do, I have a structured programme designed by my own coaching team. My role as your coach is to support you with building the foundations and progressively working on them together. My goal is to unlock things you may not even know you are capable of, but we start with nailing the basics before we move onto anything. I take a safe and structured approach focussed around the client.
