Service Description
New to the gym and not sure where to start? The Kickstarter is a 4-session block designed to get you confident and competent with the basics before you train alone. We'll run through the foundational movement patterns, squat, hinge, push, pull and carry, so you understand what they are, why they matter, and how to do them safely. Each session builds on the last, with coaching cues that stick and enough repetition to make the movements feel natural, not just correct in the moment. By the end of the block you'll know how to set up your own sessions, use the equipment with confidence, and train without needing someone watching your every rep. No experience required. Just a willingness to learn.
